Due to the flexibility in our membership program, clients will have the opportunity to book each session individually allowing them to select the dates and times that are most suited to them! Therefore any sessions that are missed/unused by the end of their monthly membership will unfortunately be lost.​

If a session is cancelled with over 24 hours notice, the session will be refunded and the client will have the opportunity to rebook that session for a different evening within the same month!

If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, that session will unfortunately be lost!
